1. 1. Scope

The services of QuickLynk Taxi are provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the service descriptions and the price lists. Differing terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless they are expressly acknowledged in writing by QuickLynk Taxi.

2. 2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded as soon as QuickLynk Taxi has confirmed the customer's booking in writing or electronically. The scope of services results from the written order confirmation or, subsidiarily, from the written offer. Information in brochures, price lists or on the website is only binding if expressly referred to.

3. 3. Services

Transport takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Act (StVO) and the Passenger Transport Act (PbefG). Passengers are obliged to follow the instructions of the chauffeur or QuickLynk Taxi. In the event of violations such as endangering road traffic or disregarding safety regulations, transport can be refused. In such cases the full fare will be charged.

4. 4. Airport Pickup

Changes to the agreed pick-up time must be communicated immediately. The maximum waiting time is 35 minutes from the actual landing of the aircraft. If more time is required, this must be communicated in good time. If notice is not given in a timely manner, QuickLynk Taxi reserves the right to cancel the trip and charge the full fare.

5. 5. Prices

The prices include statutory sales tax. The prices valid on the day of booking apply. Individual flat rate prices only apply to the agreed date and time window. The customer bears additional costs due to delays that are not the fault of QuickLynk Taxi.

6. 6. Obligations and Liability of the Customer

The customer undertakes to: notify us immediately of any changes to contact details (name, address, billing address, etc.); provide complete and accurate information about passengers, time and place of transport; use the services of QuickLynk Taxi properly; not to disrupt the transport; not to cause any damage; comply with the ban on smoking in the vehicle; pay the fare. Violations can result in claims for damages from QuickLynk Taxi.

7. 7. Liability of QuickLynk Taxi

QuickLynk Taxi is only liable for damage in the event of intent or gross negligence, in case of injury to life, body or health, and for property damage up to a liability limit of €1,000 per passenger. Liability for delays due to force majeure (e.g. traffic jams, weather, road closures) is excluded.

8. 8. Payment Terms

QuickLynk Taxi reserves the right to request a deposit of up to 50% of the total price before the journey. Remaining payments must be made within the specified period. In the event of late payment, QuickLynk Taxi will charge default interest of 5% above the base interest rate as well as reminder fees of €10 per reminder.

9. 9. Cancellations and Withdrawal

Cancellations are only effective if made in writing. QuickLynk Taxi calculates: Free of charge for cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the trip; 50% of the fare for cancellations up to 12 hours in advance; 80% of the fare for cancellations up to 3 hours in advance; 100% of the fare for later cancellations or no-shows. Costs already incurred (e.g. waiting time) will be charged regardless of cancellation.

10. 10. Disclaimer of Liability for Missed Appointments

QuickLynk Taxi is not liable for delays due to traffic jams, road closures, bad weather, or incorrect data transmission by the customer.

11. 11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Vienna. If one of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions is ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
